*Drawing on my large network of contacts, I scour the market for available listings and options. You will be apprised of all up-to-the minute listings/ I will keep you updated on the freshest listings. Most clients trust me enough to send me ahead of them on first visits.

 

*I negotiate aggressively your behalf. 

 

*Once you’re in escrow, I remain available to refer you to reputable contractors, to answer questions about the title or simply to congratulate you!
